With one win already in the books…
Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce brought their weekend to the end zone once again with the perfect date night. After enjoying time in the city that never sleeps earlier this month, the couple swapped New York for Missouri and enjoyed an intimate dinner for two on Oct. 23 at Kansas City's Argentine steakhouse Piropos.
The pair arrived at dinner in Travis' Rolls Royce, per images taken by The Daily Mail, and spent two hours in the upscale restaurant, which reportedly stayed open later than usual to allow for the duo to enjoy some privacy. When walking back to the car, the Kansas City Chiefs tight end can be seen holding Taylor's hand before placing his hand on the small of her back as he opens the car door for her.
For the romantic evening, Travis donned a blue track suit while the Grammy winner wore a short skirt with a brown jacket and matching knee-high boots.
The date night comes after Taylor cheered on Travis and the Chiefs as the home team took on the Los Angeles Chargers on Oct. 22. As for how they fared during her fourth NFL appearance of the season? Well, the "Anti-Hero" singer proved she may be the lucky one as the Chiefs took home another win.
While in the stands over the past few weeks, Taylor has had the chance to bond with a number of the extended Kelce community—including Brittany Mahomes, wife to Travis' teammate and Chiefs Quarterback Patrick Mahomes, as well as Travis' parents Donna and Ed Kelce.
And the 33-year-old left quite an impression on the Kelce patriarch after spending time with during the Oct. 12 Chiefs game against the Denver Broncos.
In addition to calling her a "very, very sweet, very charming, down-to-earth young woman," Ed marveled at how she went out of her way to keep the busy suite clean.
"We're sitting in the suite, she gets up and in the front room, she gets up to go get a drink or something and she starts picking up empty bottles, cans, plates that are scattered around," he told People in an interview published Oct. 23. "I'm just thinking, I don't think she got the diva memo. She didn't get the spoiled musician. She doesn't know how to pull that off. And that really to me said a whole lot."
